What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support for the implementation of Corporate Governance Charters.
• Assist in researching corporate governance best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Help maintain the effectiveness of corporate governance structures within the Fund.
• Support legislative compliance efforts and assist in audit coordination processes.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Corporate Governance, Business Management, Administration, Auditing, or Law at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
• No prior work experience required; applicants must never have participated in any internship programme, either public or private sector.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA), Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations (UIAR), and Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA).
• Strong skills in computer literacy, problem-solving, planning and organizing, analytical thinking, communication (both written and verbal), report writing, time management, and numeracy.
