What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Secretariat Studies, Office Administration, or Management Assistant at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
  • No prior experience is required; however, candidates must not have participated in any previous internship programmes in either the public or private sector.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles to ensure service delivery aligns with citizen needs.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using standard office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including listening and customer-focused abilities.
  • Research and analytical skills to contribute effectively to office tasks.
