What You’ll Do
- Plan and conduct independent inspections to ensure compliance with the BCEA.
- Execute investigations on reported cases of labour law violations.
- Conduct proactive inspections (Blitz) to monitor and promote compliance.
- Organize and lead advocacy campaigns on various labour legislation.
- Draft and maintain detailed inspection plans and reports.
- Compile and analyze statistical reports on allocated cases.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant tertiary qualification (3 years) in Labour Relations, BCOM Law, or LLB.
- At least 1 year of experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of labour legislation, including the Skills Development Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating.
- Proficient in computer literacy and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
