What You’ll Do

• Plan and conduct independent inspections to ensure compliance with the BCEA.
• Execute investigations on reported cases of labour law violations.
• Conduct proactive inspections (Blitz) to monitor and promote compliance.
• Organize and lead advocacy campaigns on various labour legislation.
• Draft and maintain detailed inspection plans and reports.
• Compile and analyze statistical reports on allocated cases.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant tertiary qualification (3 years) in Labour Relations, BCOM Law, or LLB.
• At least 1 year of experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of labour legislation, including the Skills Development Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating.
• Proficient in computer literacy and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
