About the Opportunity
Join iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd) for a 12-month internship in their Human Resources department. This position is designed for one unemployed candidate from designated groups, offering practical experience in learning, development, training administration, and learner support.

Key Responsibilities
– Administer employee training and development interventions.
– Capture and maintain training records.
– Assist with recruitment and onboarding of learners and interns.
– Provide learner support to help participants complete their programs.

Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants should possess a three-year Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Development or a related field. While relevant work experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A valid driver’s license is also beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail. The internship is open to unemployed candidates who are not engaged in other studies during the program duration.
