About the Opportunity
I&J, a division of AVI Limited, invites young South Africans to participate in a 12-month work experience programme designed to empower and equip you with practical skills in the manufacturing and seafood processing industry. With a legacy of over 115 years, I&J is renowned for its premium seafood products and commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will gain hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing, working alongside industry leaders in various I&J sites across Cape Town.
Requirements/Qualifications
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must:
– Be aged between 18 and 34 years
– Have completed at least Grade 10 (Standard 8)
– Be unemployed
– Not have participated in a YES4Youth Programme before
– Not be enrolled in any government-funded training programme
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
– Updated CV
– Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
– Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
– SARS Tax document (certificate/letter)
– Stamped bank account details/statement (not older than 3 months)
