What You’ll Do
- Administer action logs related to Component Organisational Development.
- Manage documentation associated with all Parliamentary Questions.
- Coordinate requests for information from the Auditor General of South Africa and prepare responses.
- Develop and oversee the annual operation plan for the Component.
- Maintain archives for Parliamentary Liaison-related matters and approved work-study investigation reports.
- Manage and organize the diary of the Component OD.
- Liaise with provincial Heads of Organisational Development.
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in the core functions of the position.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Citizenship of the Republic of South Africa, with documentary proof required at the interview.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) will be advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of relevant public service prescripts and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
