What You’ll Do
- Administer correspondence and maintain physical files and records.
- Manage logistical matters to support the team effectively.
- Keep accurate leave records and maintain registers.
- Oversee the physical and financial resources allocated to the sub-section.
- Exhibit professionalism and accountability in all interactions and tasks.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Competency in English and at least one other official language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- A willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
