What You’ll Do
- Administer discipline processes effectively to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversee the finalization of investigations, handling suspensions, and managing cases on the hearing roll.
- Maintain and manage BF files related to inquiries and complaints pertinent to discipline matters.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth administrative process.
- Support the overall human resource functions within the department, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4 recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Competency in general computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Excellent planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer responsiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours when necessary.
