What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) as recognized by SAQA.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience at a senior management level.
  • A qualification in the built environment is preferred.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic leadership, people management, and financial management.
  • Excellent research, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven integrity and a commitment to ethical leadership.
  • Understanding of the political-administrative interface and government policy dynamics.
