What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and coordinate catalytic infrastructure projects aligned with departmental strategies.
- Establish and manage stakeholder engagement forums, steering committees, and task teams.
- Develop and oversee intervention strategies for catalytic infrastructure projects.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of professional service providers.
- Lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficient people management practices.
- Oversee financial management and budgeting for projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Political Science, Economics, or Town and Regional Planning.
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the public sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in economic development.
- 5 years of project management experience within the public sector.
- A valid Code B or higher driving license.
- Strong knowledge of public sector policies, project management principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
