What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and coordinate catalytic infrastructure projects aligned with departmental strategies.
• Establish and manage stakeholder engagement forums, steering committees, and task teams.
• Develop and oversee intervention strategies for catalytic infrastructure projects.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of professional service providers.
• Lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficient people management practices.
• Oversee financial management and budgeting for projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• A 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Political Science, Economics, or Town and Regional Planning.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the public sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in economic development.
• 5 years of project management experience within the public sector.
• A valid Code B or higher driving license.
• Strong knowledge of public sector policies, project management principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
