What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- An appropriate postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience at a senior management level.
- Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
- Excellent people management and empowerment abilities.
- Proven experience in programme and project management.
- Solid understanding of financial management and change management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on networking and relationship-building.
