What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the support of the library material exchange system.
  • Manage the dispatch and collection of library materials from the Preparations Section and affiliated libraries.
  • Maintain library materials to ensure they are available for loans by other libraries.
  • Provide physical assistance in moving library materials and equipment as needed.
  • Support various administrative tasks related to library operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel for overnight trips.
  • Physical capability to perform demanding duties.
  • Basic knowledge of numeracy and literacy principles.
  • Understanding of library procedures and prescripts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to write reports.
