What You’ll Do
- Maintain school grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment for students.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on school infrastructure as needed.
- Clean classrooms, offices, and hostels to promote hygiene and comfort.
- Assist with the arrangement and transportation of classroom and general school furniture.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by school principals to support day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience with Differentiated Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (DCAPS) Grade 5 or Technical Occupational Curriculum (TOC) Level 4 for Persons with Intellectual Disability.
- Physical fitness and good health to perform manual tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow simple instructions and communicate effectively.
- Competency in using various small hand tools.
- Strong customer care skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Good time management skills and a willingness to adapt to diverse working conditions.
