What You’ll Do
- Administer financial claims, payments, and advances in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee payroll processes and address inquiries related to salaries and allowances.
- Manage budgets and ensure accurate tracking of financial resources.
- Control incoming and outgoing correspondences related to financial matters.
- Handle IRP5 queries and ensure compliance with all applicable financial management laws.
- Monitor and manage the use of resources allocated to the financial section.
- Supervise and control all telephone accounts and related registrations.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- At least four years of experience in a financial management role.
- A relevant three-year diploma or degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles.
