What You’ll Do
- Administer absenteeism functions and service terminations to maintain accurate records
- Manage medical administration processes and support grievance and disciplinary actions
- Oversee Employment Equity functions and ensure job descriptions are up to date
- Facilitate the Performance Enhancement Process (PEP) and support skills development initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to various units within the department
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and extend working hours when necessary
