What You’ll Do

• Care for sick livestock through appropriate medical interventions.
• Perform dipping, vaccinations, and other routine health checks for animals.
• Clean farm facilities and manage the disposal of waste materials.
• Maintain essential farm infrastructure, including fences, pipelines, and animal housing.
• Ensure the water supply system is operational and efficient.
• Assist with general farm work, including rearing ostrich chicks and plant production.

What You’ll Need

• ABET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge and understanding of livestock care and general farm work.
• Familiarity with routine infrastructure activities.
• Ability to handle ostriches and perform cleaning tasks related to infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Capability to operate farm equipment and work effectively as part of a team.
