What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with Employment Services stakeholders.
- Supervise the registration and referral process for job seekers.
- Provide technical advice and administrative services regarding Public Employment Services legislation.
- Offer administrative support to the PES Labour Centre.
- Monitor the implementation of employment schemes and Labour Activation Programmes.
- Manage resources efficiently within the division.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of four years of functional and supervisory experience in a Public Employment Services environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Immigration Act, Employment Services Act, and Unemployment Insurance Act.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and leadership.
