What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with Employment Services stakeholders.
• Supervise the registration and referral process for job seekers.
• Provide technical advice and administrative services regarding Public Employment Services legislation.
• Offer administrative support to the PES Labour Centre.
• Monitor the implementation of employment schemes and Labour Activation Programmes.
• Manage resources efficiently within the division.

What You’ll Need

• A three-year qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of four years of functional and supervisory experience in a Public Employment Services environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Immigration Act, Employment Services Act, and Unemployment Insurance Act.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and leadership.
