What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate International Cross-Border Labour Migration and Public Employment Services functions.
  • Manage and provide operational support to labour centres, ensuring effective delivery of services to employers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder relations to secure placement opportunities for job seekers.
  • Oversee the provision of IT infrastructure and innovations to enhance employer services.
  • Train ESSA end users on employer services, both internal and external.
  • Analyze reports related to employer services and manage resources within the sub-unit.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, or Business Management (3 years).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • At least 2 years of functional experience in a Public Employment Services environment.
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant ILO Conventions, Employment Service Act, and other related legislation.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and analytical skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
