What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and management across various programmes.
• Oversee the implementation of corporate services, including finance and administration.
• Manage and facilitate the delivery of social welfare and specialist social services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service beneficiaries and intergovernmental partners.
• Ensure compliance with government oversight structures and regulations.
• Foster an inclusive environment through effective people management and empowerment strategies.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Social Work.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a middle/senior management level.
• A valid driver’s license and Nyukela certificate (required for senior management service).
• Strong knowledge of service delivery innovation, client orientation, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on problem-solving and change management.
