What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee business intelligence reporting, ensuring accurate consolidation of organisational requirements.
  • Support stakeholders in processing and interpreting reports, enhancing their understanding and use of data.
  • Collect and analyse data from internal and external sources, compiling comprehensive reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence and organisation reports, integrating competitive insights into the business data of the National Skills Fund.
  • Lead the Directorate’s resources and manage employee performance in line with policies.
  • Collaborate with financial and business analysts to enhance reporting practices and organisational performance metrics.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma (NQF Level 7) in Public Management/Administration or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of collective work experience in project management, with at least 5 years at a middle or senior managerial level.
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification would be a distinct advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, management, and financial management skills, alongside strong leadership attributes.
