What You’ll Need

• Matric certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Regional and Town Planning or a related field recognized by SAQA.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior managerial level.
• Valid driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant prescripts and public service legislation.
• Proven strategic capability and leadership skills.
• Strong competencies in project management, financial management, and problem-solving.
