What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement Human Resource Management policies and strategic plans.
- Manage human resource administration services to support operational efficiency.
- Oversee human resource planning and information management systems.
- Facilitate labour relations services to promote a harmonious workplace.
- Implement integrated employee health and wellness programs to enhance staff well-being.
- Manage organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Utilize financial, human, and physical resources in compliance with relevant directives.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate plus an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management, Public Management, Public Administration, Labour Relations, or Industrial Psychology.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior management level in Human Resource Management.
- Pre-entry SMS (Nyukela) Certificate is required.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Extensive knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, including the Public Service Act and Labour Relations Act.
- Strong skills in strategic leadership, project management, and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on conflict management and client service.
