What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with financial management standards and policies.
• Manage financial accounting processes and oversee departmental budgets.
• Lead the implementation of financial systems and procedures.
• Supervise salaries, payroll, and finance system maintenance.
• Oversee supply chain management and facilities administration.
• Manage the acquisition of goods, services, and assets.
• Provide logistics, travel, and transport services.
• Develop and maintain budgetary reports and internal controls.
• Manage asset and lease revenue effectively.
• Provide financial management support services to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields such as Financial Management or Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a middle or senior managerial role within a relevant environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Treasury Regulations.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, alongside the ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence, with a willingness to travel.
