What You’ll Do

  • Manage administrative support for courts within the High Court Division.
  • Oversee the provision of library and research services essential for court operations.
  • Ensure effective management of court facilities and security services.
  • Monitor risk for the High Court and implement necessary measures.
  • Manage case and court records to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and oversee auxiliary services.
  • Evaluate the functioning of courts and implement improvements.
  • Manage the allocation and utilization of resources efficiently.
  • Provide advice and guidance on asset allocation and control for the Directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • A three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
  • An Advanced Diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 7.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in middle or senior management, with at least 3 years in court management or administration.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service Pre-Entry Programme endorsed by the National School of Government.
  • Knowledge of public service regulations, court administration, and financial management.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
