What You’ll Do
- Oversee the management of human resources, focusing on capacity development and performance management.
- Monitor the development and maintenance of the province’s organizational structure.
- Manage financial and supply chain processes to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Direct communication services to enhance stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
- Supervise auxiliary services and fleet management obligations to support operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage staff and other resources to achieve departmental goals.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Five (5) years of experience at a Middle/Senior Managerial level in human resource management or related areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of public service policies, regulations, and acts.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, communication, problem-solving, and people management.
