What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the Supply Chain Management function, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and prescripts.
• Manage procurement planning, bid administration, and supplier performance.
• Oversee contract administration, asset verification, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate SCM records, registers, and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and related regulations.
• Identify SCM risks and implement corrective measures.
• Provide guidance and support to end users and management on SCM processes.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary information and maintaining financial records.
• Supervise staff and manage performance to ensure effective operations.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) and a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level.
• Experience in public sector procurement processes and contract management.
• Strong skills in financial management, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in report writing, analytical thinking, and project management.
