What You’ll Do
- Manage business unit and regional performance information to support strategic objectives
- Facilitate operational planning and regional review sessions to enhance performance
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of regional operational plans
- Collate, analyse, and interpret organisational performance information
- Ensure compliance with 60 performance management requirements and best practices
- Conduct risk management assessments to mitigate potential issues
- Provide high-level reports to management based on performance insights
What You’ll Need
- Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in management, social sciences, or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in strategic planning or performance monitoring
- A certificate in Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or Operations Management is a plus
- Strong competency in independent, professional, and accountable action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in report writing for high-level management
- Understanding of government legislature frameworks, policies, and practices
- Good knowledge of performance information management practices in the public sector
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and good customer relations skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours
- Valid driver’s license
