What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the development and support the implementation of the Provincial Implementation Plan for HIV, TB, and STIs (2023-2028).
  • Provide guidance on monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes related to the health plan.
  • Promote the use of the Situation Room to track health programme progress.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial reporting requirements and monitor the effectiveness of health initiatives.
  • Manage administrative support services to facilitate efficient operations.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced National Diploma in Science, Behavioural Science, Public Health, or related fields (NQF Level 7).
  • A minimum of three years’ experience at Junior Management Level.
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HIV, AIDS, TB, and STI policy frameworks and evaluation systems.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
