What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer relations and ensure effective operations within the provincial office.
  • Develop and maintain an annual performance plan and service delivery action plans.
  • Provide insights for policy development and oversee its implementation.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to the Batho Pele Principles in all office interactions.
  • Lead and guide the team towards achieving GPAA’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze service standards and manage statistical information for reporting.
  • Facilitate compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to improve service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant three-year Bachelor’s Degree/B Tech or equivalent qualification with at least six years of experience in Customer Service management.
  • Three years of management or middle management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of GEPF services.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and customer service delivery.
  • Ability to work within a team and build effective relationships.
  • An ethical and dependable approach to all work responsibilities.
