What You’ll Do

  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and course offers for learner records
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and control measures
  • Conduct audits and reviews of learner records and data on MyNSG
  • Respond to learner and client queries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage relations with Education and Training Quality Assurers (ETQAs)
  • Oversee the submission and tracking of assignments and assessments
  • Implement assessment policies in collaboration with higher education institutions
  • Supervise and manage resources within the sub-directorate

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s Degree at NQF level 7 in Public Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including three years at the Assistant Director level
  • Knowledge of the Skills Development landscape in South Africa
  • Strong understanding of relevant public sector policies and legislative frameworks
  • Advanced computer literacy, especially with MS Office and data analysis software
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively
