What You’ll Do

• Manage compliance with the Minimum Information Security Standards for the Fund.
• Oversee the vetting and pre-screening of employees and service providers.
• Enhance information security awareness across the Fund.
• Classify and manage sensitive information securely.
• Lead the sub-directorate in achieving its goals and performance requirements.

What You’ll Need

• A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Security Management, Computer Science, Policing, or Risk Management.
• Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority – Grade A certification.
• At least five years of functional experience in the Information Security discipline, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Public Service Act, Minimum Information Security Standards, and Risk Awareness principles.
• Strong technical proficiency and investigative skills, alongside effective business writing abilities.
