The Compensation Fund is seeking a dedicated Deputy Director: Information Security to join its team in Pretoria. What You’ll Do
- Manage compliance with the Minimum Information Security Standards for the Fund.
- Oversee the vetting and pre-screening of employees and service providers.
- Enhance information security awareness across the Fund.
- Classify and manage sensitive information securely.
- Lead the sub-directorate in achieving its goals and performance requirements.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Security Management, Computer Science, Policing, or Risk Management.
- Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority – Grade A certification.
- At least five years of functional experience in the Information Security discipline, including two years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Public Service Act, Minimum Information Security Standards, and Risk Awareness principles.
- Strong technical proficiency and investigative skills, alongside effective business writing abilities.
