What You’ll Do
- Develop and review policies and strategies for learnerships and internships.
- Manage the internship and experiential learning programme to enhance practical skills.
- Oversee the learnership programme, ensuring it meets community needs and standards.
- Coordinate the mentorship programme to support individuals in their professional journeys.
- Manage the recognition of prior learning programme, helping individuals to validate their skills and experiences.
What You’ll Need
- A Matric certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Management of Training, or Public Administration recognized by SAQA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years at the Assistant Director or Junior Management level.
- Valid driver’s license (not applicable for persons with disabilities).
- Comprehensive knowledge of public service legislative frameworks and relevant prescripts.
- Strong competencies in people management, talent management, and programme/project management.
