What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a recognized equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the Conditions of Service field, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in PERSAL Administration.
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant acts, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget and financial management, as well as strategic planning.
  • Competence in interpersonal relations and adaptability in various situations.
