What You’ll Do

• Manage the development and review of service delivery standards and charters.
• Publish approved service standards online for public access.
• Monitor compliance with service standards and provide feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate public service events, including Service Excellence Awards and community engagements.
• Conduct unannounced visits to monitor service delivery at various sites.
• Collaborate with HRM&D to provide Batho Pele training for new staff members.
• Prepare reports for submission on the monitoring and evaluation of service standards.

What You’ll Need

• A Matric certificate along with an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Management, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery improvement mechanisms, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
• Strong understanding of Batho Pele Principles, PFMA, and public service regulations.
• Excellent people management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
