What You’ll Do
- Provide end-user support for online services, PC hardware, and software issues, including diagnostics and repairs.
- Log and attend to calls, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems.
- Participate in system development and process modernization initiatives.
- Engage in the implementation and reporting of IT-related projects.
- Deliver dedicated IT support services across online, desktop, mobile, and virtual environments.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) pertaining to desktop, mobile, and video solutions.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of three (3) years National Diploma NQF Level 06 in Information Technology.
- At least two (2) years of end-user experience in an IT environment.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Certification in A+, N+, and knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 Foundation will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with good customer relations.
- Proficient in system development, time management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT support services, desktop/hardware platforms, Windows OS, M365, Microsoft Office 365, and Apple iOS.
- Knowledge of service/helpdesk environment operations is a must.
