What You’ll Do
- Assist in infrastructure program and project planning in line with the Infrastructure Delivery Management System (IDMS).
- Support project implementation and monitoring to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Participate in the commissioning of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
- Conduct evaluations of completed projects and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes.
- Engage in research and literature studies to stay updated on new technologies and geographical information management options.
- Collaborate with relevant professional development boards and councils to enhance your architectural practice.
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
- Registration as a Candidate Architect with the South African Council for Architectural Profession (SACAP).
- A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB).
- Willingness to travel within the Western Cape and conduct site inspections, including potential overnight stays.
- Access to internet data at home and suitable working space for hybrid working arrangements.
- Competency in MS Office applications, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with relevant Built Environment and government legislation.
