What You’ll Do

• Provide basic counselling services to individuals and communities.
• Identify and implement integrated development interventions in collaboration with community members and stakeholders.
• Liaise with various community development structures to foster partnerships and ensure sustainable development actions.
• Support communities through administrative tasks related to community development activities.
• Stay updated on new developments in the community development field to improve service delivery.

What You’ll Need

• A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
• An appropriate three-year tertiary qualification.
• Knowledge of human behaviour, social systems, and relevant legislation for effective interventions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and research skills.
• An understanding of the dynamics between people and their environments to promote self-empowerment.
