What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and mission of the Compensation Fund.
  • Lead and direct the operations of the Fund to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to the Fund.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee appropriate internal controls and corporate governance practices.
  • Champion initiatives for institutional transformation and organizational change.
  • Strengthen the Fund’s institutional capacity through effective management of the senior management team.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF Level 8 qualification in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Operational Management recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience at a Senior Managerial Level.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Compensation Fund strategies, service delivery models, and pertinent legislation.
  • Strong competencies in communication, strategic leadership, financial management, and change management.
  • Ability to manage interpersonal conflict and problem-solving effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management and knowledge management principles.
