What You’ll Do
- Render registration services for work-seekers on the Employment Services System of South Africa (ESSA).
- Assist in registering available work and learning opportunities on ESSA.
- Refer work-seekers to Employment Counselling services for guidance and support.
- Provide administrative support for placing work-seekers in suitable employment and learning opportunities.
- Perform general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions as required.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
- No prior experience is required for this role.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and relevant labour legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
- Listening skills and the ability to interpret legislation effectively.
