What You’ll Do
- Provide assistance at the helpdesk, serving as the initial contact for clients.
- Address and resolve complaints regarding IES labour legislation.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the Registration Services team.
- Participate in advocacy sessions and community outreach initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification is required; no experience is needed.
- Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislations, Public Service Regulations, and Batho Pele Principles.
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret legislation and provide clear information to clients.
