What You’ll Do
- Monitor the creation and maintenance of records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage personnel files and maintain internal records management services.
- Attend to client inquiries and register hand-delivered mail and files.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular audits of records to maintain high standards of record-keeping.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA; qualifications in Human Resource Management, Public Management, or Public Administration are advantageous.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in record management or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to compile reports effectively.
