What You’ll Do
- Ensure effective recruitment processes that align with departmental needs and objectives.
- Facilitate the timely processing and approval of service benefits for employees.
- Administer and oversee Permanent Incapacity Leave and Ill-Health Retirement (PILIR) processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams on best practices and compliance with public service regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate HR operations to identify areas for improvement.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF 6 in Human Resources Management, recognized by SAQA.
- A PERSAL Certificate in Personnel Administration.
- At least two years of functional experience in Service Benefits and Recruitment and Selection.
- Two years of supervisory experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of the National Skills Development Strategy and Public Service regulations.
- Excellent skills in time management, communication, and team building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Requirements
A qualification at NQF 6 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Human Resources Management.PERSAL Certificate in Personnel Administration.
Two (2) years functional experience in Service Benefits and Recruitment and Selection.
Two (2) years supervisory experience in HR Operations.
Knowledge: National Skills Development Strategy, Public Service Human Resource Development, Management principles and practices, Public Service rules and regulations, Batho Pele principles, Public Finance Management Act, DEL policies and procedures, Management information systems.
