What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- A minimum qualification at NQF level 7 in Public Management, Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience at a senior management level in Operations Management.
- A solid understanding of the South African Constitution and relevant government legislation.
- Strong managerial skills, including decision-making, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in operations strategy, productivity measurements, and service delivery mechanisms.
