What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the registration process for job opportunities and placements.
- Oversee the administration of the Employment Services Board and its activities.
- Regulate the employment of foreign workers in alignment with the Employment Services Act.
- Ensure compliance and regulation of Private Employment Agencies and Temporary Employment Services.
- Manage resources effectively within the Chief Directorate to support departmental objectives.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 7 recognized by SAQA in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a senior managerial role involving strategic, operational, and administrative services.
- Knowledge of ILO Conventions, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, and Social Plan Guidelines.
- Strong skills in planning and organizing, communication, computer proficiency, analytical thinking, presentation, interpersonal relations, report writing, leadership, and networking.
