What You’ll Do

  • Conduct final reviews and audits on project designs to ensure compliance with design principles.
  • Coordinate design efforts across various disciplines for seamless project integration.
  • Manage project execution by establishing appropriate structures, systems, and resources.
  • Oversee financial management to ensure project budgets align with MTEF objectives.
  • Allocate and monitor resources effectively to mitigate risks and manage variances.
  • Lead the development and motivation of human resources to maintain a competent knowledge base.
  • Set performance standards and monitor the performance of team members to achieve departmental objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Higher Diploma or B Tech in a Built Environment field; an Honors degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with the SACPCMP.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent decision-making, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
