What You’ll Do

  • Maintain the electronic support system for the component.
  • Compile and manage a portfolio of evidence for all requests received via email and from the client service desk.
  • Keep accurate records of reproduction requests, including dispatch details.
  • Prepare monthly reports for both client service and reprographics components.
  • Handle financial management for payments received, ensuring accuracy in allocation and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with finance sections for invoice preparation and payment processing.
  • Order and manage map stock for reprographics components to ensure availability for clients.
  • Assist in maintaining a secure dispatch environment.
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of client data transfer devices, ensuring proper communication with clients.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, including submitting leave forms according to departmental policies.
  • Answer telephones related to client requests, providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Basic understanding of maps and cadastral documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational ability and above-average attention to detail.
