What You’ll Do

  • Assess and analyze current and future training needs from the performance development plan for deeds.
  • Develop and compile annual training programs and curriculum for stakeholders, ensuring approval and quality standards are met.
  • Present and facilitate training sessions to officials and stakeholders on deeds registration.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on training outcomes, aligning them with the Quality Management System.
  • Manage and coordinate inputs for Advisory Committee meetings related to deeds training, including verifying statistics and updating training manuals.
  • Oversee library services by managing resources, conducting audits, and ensuring access to necessary materials for training purposes.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Law, Deeds Registration Law, or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience at a junior management level within the deeds environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Deeds Registry Act and other related laws.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in research, report writing, and using computer software.
