What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the district strategic annual business plans and processes.
  • Coordinate the submission, monitoring, and review of operational and business plans.
  • Facilitate integrated planning processes with various stakeholders, including local government and NGOs.
  • Conduct liaising meetings to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Analyze, present, and report on district data to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Educational Management Information Systems (EMIS) and related technology solutions.
  • Provide training and support for Knowledge and Information Management Systems.
  • Compile standard operating procedures and manage performance evaluations of staff.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and staff motivation efforts.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and a three-year post-matric qualification.
  • A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of government information systems and departmental policies.
  • Skills in written and verbal communication, report writing, and data management.
  • Proficiency in ICT strategy, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
