What You’ll Do

  • Analyse inputs on organisational structures and provide strategic advice.
  • Conduct research to identify the need for changes in organisational structures.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on job evaluation and job descriptions.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation interviews to assess roles accurately.
  • Draft submissions for approval of organisational structures and job evaluation results.
  • Monitor and maintain job description databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support units/components in finalising organisational reports and evaluations.
  • Facilitate business process re-engineering projects to improve procedures.
  • Manage resources in line with relevant directives and legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF 6 qualification in Workstudy Management, Operations Management, or similar fields.
  • A Job Evaluation certificate is advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Work Study Officer or in Organisational Development.
  • Valid driver’s license (excluding persons with disabilities).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting policies and report writing.
  • Excellent workshop presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Adaptability to manage change effectively within teams.
