What You’ll Do

  • Manage resources within the sub-directorate to maximize efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Management, or a health-related qualification (such as Nursing or Occupational Therapy).
  • A minimum of four years of functional experience in financial services, medical aid, or claims processing, with at least two years in a senior administrative or practitioner role.
  • Knowledge of Compensation Fund business strategies, public service regulations, and medical-related legislation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in business report writing.
  • Experience in financial management, conflict management, and project planning.
